In more than 15 years working with large and small businesses, we discovered a common thread among client companies. All were striving to improve their workforces’ health, safety and performance through their people. The organisations implemented numerous strategies, often focused on training individuals within the workplace, with few sustainable gains. Many programs overlapped and focused on systems rather than behaviours.

Human behaviour is Humanology Group’s speciality. We transform productivity, engagement, safety, innovation and diversity by focusing on shifting behaviour in human-centred ways. Our vision is to increase workplace wellbeing while delivering key business outcomes. We partner with leaders to build strategy, purpose and vision to harness workforces’ human capital by focusing on behaviour instead of systems.
