Grace Eames is a maritime and HR leader with extensive experience in global crewing and manning operations, having started their career as a Deck Officer with Maersk. They have held leadership roles at Maersk, Shell Ship Management, and SBM Offshore, directing international operations and implementing crew welfare initiatives. Grace transitioned into financial services, serving over eight years as an Executive Committee member, where they shaped governance and strategic transformation across regulated markets. Currently, they are the Group Head of People at Praxis and continue to lead as a Human Resources Consultant with Humanology. Grace believes in aligning people with purpose and keeping humanity at the heart of business.
