Cindy Rold is an experienced executive coach and business development specialist currently serving as an Executive Coach at HumanQ since 2021, where Cindy focuses on solving organizational priorities through a unique Group Coaching model. Additionally, Rold has worked as an Event and Training Associate at FOREVER.com since January 2021, designing training materials for large events. As the Chief Maverick at Maverick Coaching & Speaking, Rold supports individuals and organizations in achieving peak performance and authentic living. Previous roles include Master Coach at Jason Drees Coaching and Executive Strengths Coach at The Marcus Buckingham Company, where significant hours of strengths-based coaching were delivered to managers from major corporations. With extensive coaching experience dating back to 2002, Rold has contributed to various sectors, including the legal and accounting fields, and holds a JD from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a BA in Political Science from Carroll University.
