Sinja Hallam, MBA, is the Founder and Director of Sinja Hallam - The Power to Transform, where Sinja serves as an executive and business coach focused on empowering individuals to reach their highest potential through accountability and mindset transformation. As a public speaker, Sinja addresses various topics related to change management, women in technology, and resilience. Sinja also serves as a leadership coach with Generation Thrive, an organization dedicated to developing future leaders, and as an executive coach with humanQ, addressing critical organizational challenges. Prior experience includes roles in change management and consulting across multiple organizations, including the University of Adelaide, Westpac New Zealand, and Santos Ltd, among others. Sinja holds an MBA from the University of Adelaide and is a certified change manager from the ProSci Change Management Institute.
