Jae Jang

Jae Jang has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. They started their career as a Global Operations Analyst at Hyundai Motor Company, where they performed sales projections and analysis for SUVs in Western Europe. They then worked as a Financial Analyst at the Inter-American Development Bank, focusing on housing social safety net programs in Quito, Ecuador.

After that, Jae Jang served in the Republic of Korea Air Force, holding leadership positions as an Air Mobility Logistics Company Commander and an Electronic Warfare Engineering Company Commander. In these roles, they managed teams, oversaw supply storage, and implemented projects to optimize supply chains and decrease downtime of aircraft parts.

Jae Jang transitioned into the tech industry, joining Microsoft as a Software Engineer. They later moved to Meta, where they progressed from a Software Engineer to various Engineering Manager roles, including Team Lead, Multi-team Lead, Pillar Lead, and finally, Engineering Manager.

Currently, Jae Jang holds the position of CTO (Chief Technology Officer) and CPO (Chief Product Officer) at Humanscape.

Jae Jang has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Stanford University, which was obtained between the years 2006 and 2010. Furthermore, Jae Jang also pursued a Master of Science in MS&E (Management Science and Engineering) from Stanford University, completing it between the years 2014 and 2016.
