HumanSide is a learning design and culture development company that takes a human approach to bring work to life. We partner with visionary leaders in companies big and small to overcome challenges, put ideas in motion, and give teams the tools to create a new way of working. We do this through our award-winning trainings, experiences, and partnerships that incorporate experiential learning, program design, translational research, and improv comedy to develop skills, strengthen teams and build culture.

We believe everyone deserves to make the most of their lives. And we think work can, and should, support that. That’s why we collaborate with people to discover and develop the culture where they work.
