Ruby Rhoad is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, client relations, and process optimization. Currently serving as an Intake Systems Specialist at Humantold since April 2022, Ruby focuses on enhancing intake systems and improving data management within the department. Previous roles include General Manager at Greenlin Doggie Daycare and Pet Resort, where Ruby managed daily operations and staff, and Group Fitness Director at Gold's Gym, where Ruby developed class schedules and maintained studio equipment.
