With over 12 years of experience in HR and people consulting, Mona has worked across various sectors, especially in the Saudi market. Previously, Mona served as a Training Manager at Resala Charity Organization and held roles as a Recruitment Specialist and HR Generalist in multiple companies. At HUMANYSE, Mona focuses on creating people systems that balance business growth with the human element, significantly enhancing employee engagement and organizational culture. Mona holds a degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from RB College in the UK.
