Revolutionizing Clean Cooling with Active Phase-Change Technology

At Humboldt Blue, we're pioneering a new generation of clean cooling through our patented Active Liquid-Solid Cooling (ALSC) technology. Unlike conventional systems that rely on compressors and harmful refrigerant gases, our solution actively produces cold by harnessing the physics of pressurizing and depressurizing organic phase-change materials (PCMs).

This innovation goes beyond traditional thermal storage. By triggering a liquid-solid transition under controlled pressure conditions, our ALSC system delivers on-demand cooling without emissions—eliminating reliance on vapor compression cycles. The result is a clean, efficient, and scalable alternative that slashes energy consumption while reducing carbon footprints.

Deployed first in data centers and adaptable to commercial buildings and industrial settings, our technology combines high thermal inertia with active cooling capability. It ensures stable temperatures, resilience during peak loads, and a path toward sustainable thermal infrastructure—without sacrificing performance.

At Humboldt Blue, we’re not just storing cold. We’re generating it—cleanly.
