Ryan Crow

Ryan Crow has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ryan currently serves as the Head of Collections Strategy at humm group since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Collections Strategy Manager at the same company from March 2021 to May 2022. Before joining humm group, Ryan worked at Macquarie Group for a significant period. Ryan held the position of Loss Recovery Manager from April 2019 to March 2021. Additionally, they served as a Collections Team Leader from March 2015 to April 2019, where they supervised a team of 6 Recovery Associates and managed performance, resourcing, and portfolio management. Ryan also had roles as a Senior Collections Officer from April 2014 to February 2015 and as a Collections Officer from August 2010 to April 2014. Prior to joining Macquarie Group, they worked at Bank of Queensland in a customer service role from 2008 to 2010.

Ryan Crow has a Bachelor of Social Science degree in Psychology from Western Sydney University, which they obtained from 2005 to 2007. Ryan also holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce degree in Applied Finance from the same university, which they earned from 2008 to 2010.
