Berna Biçer

Berna Biçer has several years of experience in human resources roles. Berna most recently worked at hummel as a Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to that, they worked at Sneaks Up as a Kıdemli İnsan Kaynakları Uzmanı (Senior Human Resources Specialist) and a Human Resources Business Partner. In these roles, they were responsible for various HR processes such as workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, and talent management. Berna also managed recruitment processes for stores and headquarters, created teams for new store operations, and supported internal communication and motivation programs. Before Sneaks Up, Berna worked at Turkcell Kurumsal Çözüm Merkezi as an Employee Experience and HR Executive, where they managed recruitment processes and personnel day offs, among other responsibilities. Berna also worked at Biruni Üniversite Hastanesi as a Human Resources Specialist, handling recruitment processes, trainings, and personnel contracts. Additionally, Berna served as an Education Project Leader at Bilkent Kültür Girişimi, where they led a project in the human resources department training unit and was involved in recruitment.

Berna Biçer completed their Bachelor's degree in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations at Marmara University from 2010 to 2014. Berna then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Executive Coaching and Mentoring at Altınbaş Üniversitesi from 2018 to 2020.

In terms of additional certifications, Berna Biçer obtained various qualifications in different fields. In 2017, they received certifications in Human Resources Management, Payroll Management, and Sign Language from ISTANBUL INSTITUTE. In 2018, they obtained a certification in Competence Based Interview Techniques from Masters Training International and completed courses in Human Resource and Labor Law and Its Practices at Turkcell.

In 2020, Berna Biçer earned certifications in Professional Coaching from House of Human Koçluk, Eğitim, Danışmanlık, and in Corporate & Executive Coaching from FA Koç Akademi. Berna also obtained a certification in Relationship Coaching from FA Koç Akademi. Furthermore, in 2020, they received a certification in Executive Coaching & Mentoring from EMCC Global.
