Janine Block

Janine Block has a diverse and extensive work experience in the design field. Janine is currently working as a Design Lead for the Lifestyle APP at hummel since March 2022. Prior to this, they were a Design Lead for the Kids APP/FTW at the same company from April 2020 to March 2022.

Before joining hummel, Janine worked at adidas for nearly nine years. Janine started as a Footwear Designer for Kids Originals in April 2011 and held this role until April 2020. In January 2018, they briefly worked as part of the Brooklyn Creator Farm team.

Janine's career began at PUMA Group in 2009. Janine initially worked as an Intern in Motorsport Apparel from September 2009 to March 2010. Later, they worked as an Intern and Diplomand in Kids Footwear Design from April 2010 to January 2011.

Overall, Janine Block has gained significant experience in design roles, particularly in footwear and apparel, throughout their career at companies like hummel, adidas, and PUMA Group.

Janine Block completed their education from 2005 to 2011 at HBK Braunschweig, where they obtained a Diplom degree in Industrial Design. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2005, they attended Stadtsparkasse Wunstorf for their Bankkauffrau degree.
