Özge S. is an accomplished retail business leader with over a decade of experience in DTC marketing, CRM integration, and e-commerce growth. Currently serving as the Head of DTC Marketing for hummel Turkey, they spearhead brand loyalty and customer engagement initiatives, having successfully launched the award-winning Bee Club loyalty program. Previously, Özge held significant marketing roles at prominent companies, including Bayer Pharmaceuticals and L'Oreal S.A., where they achieved notable successes in product launches and campaigns. Özge holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from İstanbul Bilgi Üniversitesi and an additional degree from Orange Coast College.
