Humpday Heroes was co-founded by Roddey McDonald and his son Alex in 2014 with a single belief: every person has a hero inside them waiting to break free.

The name comes from a simple observation. Most people live from humpday to humpday. Monday arrives and they push through. Wednesday hits and they feel the weight of it. Friday arrives and they reset. Then they do it all again. The humpday hero is the one who stops living in that cycle. Not by working harder. But by reconnecting with who they actually are and building from that place.

Since 2014, Roddey has spoken at over 52 events per year across 24 cities in Australia, coaching and facilitating hundreds of people to discover their heroic self. As a certified PSYCH-K Advanced Facilitator, business coach, and author of The Heart of a Hero book series, Roddey brings nearly three decades of entrepreneurial experience to everything he does.

Humpday Heroes is the personal brand and philosophy behind a growing ecosystem that includes Heroes of Impact Hub, a private community platform for purpose-driven professionals, and Humpday Heroes Collective, an expert mobile app platform where coaches and experts get their own branded app to deliver courses, coaching, and content.

The philosophy runs through everything: the Victim stays stuck, the Villain self-sabotages, and the Hero chooses how to respond. Roddey is the guide, not the guru. People find themselves through the journey. They do not follow someone else’s blueprint.

If you are a professional who feels the pull towards something greater, Humpday Heroes is where the journey begins.
