Ajay Kumar

Ajay Kumar is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 16 years of diverse experience in talent acquisition, organizational development, and HR strategy. Currently serving as the General Manager of HR at Humro, Ajay focuses on aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals and driving growth through effective talent management and employee relations. Previously, Ajay held key HR leadership roles at VFS Global and Amrop India, where they managed large employee bases and implemented significant HR digitization projects. Ajay is also an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from IBMR Business School.
