Eric Johnson

Eric Johnson has a diverse work experience starting from 2017 as a Restaurant Manager at Whiskey Cake Kitchen & Bar. In 2020, they transitioned to the technology industry and joined HungerRush as a Tier 2 Technical Escalations Specialist. In this role, Eric excelled in resolving cases, implementing Powershell scripts, and reporting software bugs. In 2021, they took on the role of an End User Product Analyst, where they introduced modernization initiatives for product images. Eric's most recent role at HungerRush is as a DevOps Engineer II, starting in June 2022. Here, they have played a pivotal role in architecting continuous deployment, orchestrating YAML pipelines, and refining deployment processes.

Eric Johnson pursued a self-education in Information Technology from 1987 to 2021. During this time, they did not obtain a degree but focused on expanding their knowledge in this field. Furthermore, in September 2021, Eric achieved the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from the esteemed institution, Microsoft.
