Erik Andersen

Erik Andersen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Erik currently serves as a Senior Finance Manager at HungerRush since February 2023. Prior to this, they were employed at Lightspeed Commerce, where they held multiple roles, including GTM Manager, Financial Services and Corporate Development Associate. At Lightspeed Commerce, they also worked as a Finance Manager, Deal Desk for Upserve and as a Senior Data Analyst, where they built SQL databases and created executive level reports. Before that, Erik worked as a Senior Category Analyst at FGX International, where they supported the merchant team with analyses and developed sales growth strategies. Erik also held positions as a Senior Financial Analyst at Media General and as a Financial Analyst for Global Operations at Hasbro. Erik gained experience in the field of finance as a Senior Analyst at MidCap Advisors, LLC, and as an Analyst at the same company prior to that. Additionally, they have worked in managerial roles at Quimera Restaurant Group and served as a Math Teacher at the NYC Department of Education. Erik started their career as a Program Coordinator at the Foundation for Teaching Economics and as a Mayoral Fellow at the City of Providence.

Erik Andersen started their education journey in 2002, when they enrolled at Providence College. Erik studied Political Science and Theatre, and successfully completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in 2006. After that, they decided to pursue further education in the field of Finance and joined Baruch College in 2009. Erik dedicated two years to this endeavor and graduated with a Master of Business Administration degree in 2011.
