Franchesca McDowell has extensive work experience in the production industry. Franchesca began their career as a Production Office Intern at Rudderless LLC in May 2013. In October 2013, they worked briefly as a Production Coordinator at Phear Creative. In September 2015, they served as an Office PA for The Scent of Rain and Lightning. McDowell then joined Hungry Man in January 2016 as a Production Coordinator until January 2018. From February 2018 to August 2021, they worked as a Staff Production Manager at the same company. McDowell was then promoted as the Head of Post Production in January 2020 and later became the Head of Production in August 2021.
Franchesca McDowell earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Oklahoma City University, specializing in Marketing and Moving Image Arts.

Today, Perlman and Buckley are two of the company’s 30 directors, whilst Mino Jarjoura is managing partner in the US, Matt Buels is managing partner in the UK and Alex Mehedff is managing partner in Brazil. Hungry Man has offices in New York, LA, London, and Rio.
