Brent Sinn is an experienced customer care professional with a strong background in social work. Currently serving as the Customer Care Team Lead at Hungryroot since January 2022, Brent previously held roles at Birchbox as Customer Experience Team Lead and Customer Operations Specialist from October 2014 to December 2021, where a focus on high-touch customer service across various communication channels was emphasized.
