Diana D'Erasmo

Diana D. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer operations and care. Currently serving as Customer Care Team Lead at Hungryroot since August 2021, Diana previously held the title of Customer Operations Associate at both Hungryroot and Birchbox from October 2016 to July 2021. Additional experience includes a role as a Fashion Intern at O, The Oprah Magazine in 2017, and various positions in sales and customer service at Victoria's Secret and J/Hadley Jewelry. Diana began a career in customer service at DeCicco's Family Markets and gained valuable marketing experience through an internship at Accents On Antiques.
