Joshua Henderson

Joshua Henderson is an experienced data engineering professional currently serving as a Data Engineering Manager at Hungryroot since July 2021, after spending time as a Data Engineer there. Prior to this role, Joshua held the position of Data Engineer at Forcepoint from October 2020 to July 2021 and contributed as Engineer II at Samsung Electronics from January 2018 to September 2020, where involvement in cross-functional teams led to the integration of machine learning into legacy systems. Joshua's technical journey began with various undergraduate research assistant roles at the University of Oklahoma, gaining hands-on experience in materials science under multiple advisors, and culminated in a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering. Additional internships include a role at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company, where Lean Six Sigma principles were applied to improve operational efficiency. Joshua also demonstrated leadership as Captain of the OU Sooner Solar Team, successfully developing an electric vehicle and securing substantial fundraising.
