Ken Mirch

Ken Mirch is an experienced professional in customer engagement and member experience, currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Engagement at Hungryroot since March 2025. Ken also operates Mirch Engagements as a Business Owner since September 2022. Previously, Ken held the position of Senior Director of Member Experience & CRM at Varsity Tutors, a Nerdy Company, from January 2023 to March 2025, and served as Head of Service at Fruitful, where the focus was on making financial services accessible to the middle class. Ken's career began at Dollar Shave Club, where Ken was the VP of Member Engagement from August 2012 to February 2022. Educationally, Ken earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management from California State University, Northridge, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from the University of Michigan.
