Ryan J. Ward

Ryan J. Ward currently serves as the Senior Manager of Total Rewards at Hungryroot, overseeing benefits, payroll, HR systems, and compensation functions for the People Team since August 2023. Previously, Ryan has held leadership roles such as Director of Systems & Benefits at Timescale, and Associate Director of Benefits & HRIS at HashiCorp, where responsibilities included designing and managing global employee benefit programs and implementing HRIS systems. Ryan's experience also encompasses roles at OpenTable, where tasks ranged from benefits analysis to HR support, and at Episcopal Community Services of San Francisco as a Human Resources Generalist. Additionally, Ryan has consulting experience and a background in managing technical support teams during an early career at Residential Computing Connection. Ryan holds a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Bowling Green State University.
