We are the exclusive provider of Travel Arbitration resolving disputes between members of ABTA and their customers, and are the largest arbitration body in the UK (by volume). We are a Civil Mediation Council Registered Training Course Provider and offer fully accredited mediator skills training and CPD including the Mediator Experience Day and Law for Non-Lawyer Mediators.  We provide CPD programmes for arbitration including ArbEx, alongside the Confidential Award Proofing Service (CAPS) - both aimed at improving arbitration awards.  We are a member of The Federation of Small Businesses and we support foodbanks across the UK and Ireland.
