Hunt-Brady Recruitment was founded to provide tailored and carefully-considered recruitment to law firms and in-house legal teams. Our approach centres around focusing on each client's needs and leveraging recruitment experience, valuable data points and candidate relationships, to identify a focused and superior candidate pool more quickly than our competitors.

You won’t find a pile them high/one-size-fits-all attitude here, rather a much more considered approach. One that is, for your purposes and peace of mind, accurate and streamlined.

We understand the pace at which legal practice moves and recruitment requirements evolve. Having worked at a solicitor both in private practice (Norton Rose Fulbright) and in-house (Bank of Montréal), Abbie - Founding Director - has seen first-hand what legal teams need in order to thrive. This knowledge equips Hunt-Brady Recruitment to cut to the chase; providing efficient and effective recruitment solutions that take account of what each legal business needs to succeed.

Hunt-Brady Recruitment develop and nurture relationships of trust and understanding with clients and candidates, so that both can rest assured that the recruitment process will be smooth and transparent. We champion solid and prompt communication, and focus on the long-term needs of both clients and candidates. This, we believe, is the best way to ensure that recruitment is successful for both parties - which ultimately is key for maximising the profitability of law firms and companies.
