HUNT Dealmakers – Expertise, Trust and Entrepreneurship
You usually sell a company only once. That’s why it must be done carefully, thoughtfully, and with full confidence. We help entrepreneurs sell their business at the right time, to the right party, under the right conditions. And we do so with complete dedication and involvement—from the first conversation to the final signature.
Founder Arjen Paardekooper has 15 years of experience as an M&A lawyer and has personally sold four companies he built himself. Thanks to this entrepreneurial experience, he understands better than anyone what truly matters during a business transfer.
What sets us apart is the way we work. HUNT feels like a tailored suit: personal, honest, and effective. We combine legal and strategic expertise with genuine entrepreneurship. Not from templates or standard formats, but with a custom approach—focused on the person behind the business.
HUNT is more than an advisor. We are a trusted confidant, sparring partner, and dealmaker in one. By combining personal attention with sharp strategic insight, we create valuable processes that make sense on every level—both business and emotional.
That makes us fundamentally different from all other M&A firms.
We are the M&A boutique of the Netherlands.
