Brent Arakaki is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in development and project management within the real estate and construction sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Development at Hunt Companies, Inc. since March 2016, Brent has led initiatives on business negotiation, ground lease modifications, and asset improvement projects totaling $186 million. Previously, as a Project Manager at Forest City Enterprises from 2008 to 2016, Brent managed over $148 million in annual property improvement projects and contributed to innovative energy conservation programs. Brent holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Hawai‘i - Shidler College of Business and a prior educational background from Kapi‘olani Community College.
