Frank Effland

Frank Effland is an experienced interior design consultant and project manager with a diverse background in architecture and design. Currently, Frank serves as an Interior Design Consultant at Hunt Companies, Inc., providing expert guidance on the design of their new headquarters in El Paso. Additionally, Frank manages the restack of the Sally Beauty headquarters through Spencer and Company, facilitating operational consolidation. Frank's extensive career includes a long tenure at HKS Architects, Inc., where numerous significant projects were completed, such as the Cook Children's Rosedale Office Building and Saskatchewan Roughrider stadium. Previous roles at HOK and other firms contributed to strong expertise in architectural design, particularly in commercial and criminal justice sectors. Frank holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Arizona.
