Fred Baskind

Fred Baskind is a seasoned professional in construction management, currently serving as a Construction Field Manager at Hunt Companies, Inc. since July 2025. Prior to this role, Fred held multiple positions at ECS Group of Companies from January 2022 to July 2025, including CMT Department Manager, CMT Senior Project Manager, and CMT Sr. Project Coordinator. Fred also gained extensive experience at Professional Service Industries, Inc. (PSI) from April 2007 to February 2022, where roles included Project Manager, Branch Manager, Project Manager, Staff Specialist, and Senior Technician. Fred holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, attained in January 2012, and a high school diploma from West Monroe High School.
