Guy Arnold

Guy Arnold is currently the President at Hunt Real Estate, a company focused on developing, investing, managing, and financing real assets. Prior to their role at Hunt Real Estate, Guy served as the President at GMA Holdings LLC, where Guy acquired commercial real estate investments in Colorado. Guy also served as the President at Dividend Capital Diversified Property Fund Inc., a $2.9 billion REIT. Additionally, Guy was the Managing Director at Cherokee Investment Partners, a private equity fund with over $2 billion under management. Guy started their career as the Vice President at Colorado & Santa Fe Land Company, now known as Real Capital Solutions, a private real estate investment company. Guy holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Virginia.
