Guy Arnold

Guy Arnold has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Guy is currently the Executive Vice President at Hunt Real Estate. Prior to their current position, they were the Owner/Manager of GMA Holdings LLC from February 2013 to June 2015. GMA Holdings LLC is a commercial real estate investment company located in Colorado. Guy Arnold was also the President of Dividend Capital Diversified Property Fund Inc. from January 2008 to January 2013. As President, they were responsible for all aspects of the company, including acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, finance, reporting, human resources, and investor relations. Under their leadership, the company acquired over $2 billion of commercial real estate.

Guy Arnold received their Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia.
