Kirk Benken

Kirk Benken has a wealth of experience in the construction industry, having held various leadership positions throughout their career. Starting in 1995 as a Vice President for Balfour Beatty Construction US, they successfully turned around the business and achieved significant growth. Kirk then moved on to Flintco, LLC in 2016, where they served as the Area Manager for the Austin office and oversaw impressive revenue and profit growth. In 2019, they joined Lendlease as a Senior Vice President and General Manager, responsible for managing projects totaling over $1.5 billion in contract value. Currently, Kirk is serving as the Vice President of P3 Large Projects at Hunt Companies, Inc, where they lead project pursuits and execution, utilizing the company's established P3 capabilities and deep development expertise. Overall, Kirk's extensive leadership experience and expertise have contributed to the success of the companies they have worked for.

Kirk Benken holds a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from Purdue University. Kirk also has a LEED AP certification from the USGBC.
