Minden Dickson

Minden Dickson currently serves as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) at Hunt Companies, Inc., a position held since October 2004, where responsibilities include implementing financial forecasting systems and providing comprehensive financial reports for the Board of Directors and bond investors. Previously, as Manager of FP&A, Minden designed financial models for real estate and military housing portfolios and led a significant M&A due diligence process that resulted in a successful property sale. Additionally, Minden holds the position of President on the board of the El Paso Playhouse, the longest-running community theater in El Paso, and has prior experience as a Budget Analyst at ProLogis, managing complex budgeting processes for a publicly traded real estate investment trust. Minden Dickson earned an MBA from The University of Texas at El Paso and a BA from UCLA.
