Kyle Smith is currently the Director of IT and Senior CAD Manager at one of Arizona’s leading civil engineering firms and the Owner of Epic IT Ninja, a Managed Service Provider delivering innovative IT services. With over 35 years of experience in technology, Kyle has a strong foundation in cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and network management. Kyle holds a Bachelor’s in Business Management and a Master’s in IT Management from Western Governors University, and is currently pursuing a Doctor's degree in Business Administration. Prior roles include positions in sales and technical support, showcasing a broad skill set in both IT and customer relations.
