Hunter Forest was founded by a group of like-minded operations and finance executives who came together to build a firm centered on a shared passion for companies that are critical to the end markets they serve. We use a collaborative model for investing in and working with these companies to create value for all constituencies — employees, clients, communities and shareholders.

Our investment model is focused on partnering with resource-constrained, small, but growing, companies operating in critical needs industries. We partner these companies with our stable of executive partners, who operate at a corporate holding company level, to drive value through:
• Administrative Workload Relief
• Best Practice Sharing
• Resource Allocation
• Capital Allocation
• Strategy Setting & Execution

We help our management teams build great businesses by sharing our experience and offering world-class resources in operations, acquisitions, and finance. Together, we can achieve levels of success far beyond those we might have achieved separately.
