One firm. Infinite Opportunities

Discovering Investment & Legal Talent in the Alternative Investment Industry, Private Practice and in-House.

At Hunter Goldman, we believe that great businesses are not just built on strategy—they’re built on people.

Our Differentiator: we take a human-centric approach to building executive suites and their respective hierarchies within the Legal, Alternative Investment, and HR verticals of an organisation. We place significant importance on identifying cultural, personal, and long-term alignment between the individuals we introduce and the organizations they join.

Partnership is at the heart of our endeavour, and our mission is to amplify the impact and effectiveness of executive search, ensuring our clients receive a service that is both strategic and deeply attuned to their evolving business needs across the Middle East and globally. No matter the challenges, we stand alongside our clients, delivering the expertise, guidance, and talent needed to navigate them with confidence.

Deeply embedded in the GCC market, we stay aligned with commercial and economic shifts to provide relevant, forward-thinking solutions. We don’t just place leaders—we help build the foundations of success for years to come.

Established in 2017, Hunter Goldman has partnered with some of the largest law firms and asset managers across the United States and Europe. Now, Hunter Goldman launches its Executive Search operations in the Middle East, with new HQ established in the United Arab Emirates.
