We are the first estate agency to offer a Buyer's Agent in-house who will reseach, source and negotiate the purchase of your new home or invetement property, solely acting for the buyer.
If you are outside the country or are simply not 'time rich' but need to purchase.  Come and have a chat to our Buyer's Agent who will explain in detail how the service and fees operate.  Our experience in this area is vast as our House Hunter is looking after the buyer since 2002. 

LETTINGS AND MANAGEMENT
Hunters have long standing and loyal numbers of private land lords using us as their lettings and management provider.  We are acutely aware that our lettings and management department was and still is the foundation of our business.  

90% of our rentals business is letting the properties of private / single landlords plus the management of all of those properties.  Our lettings department is one that is based on trust and forging long term business relationships with our owners and investors.
