Kimberly Wright is a seasoned professional in Training and Development, currently serving as the Vice President of Learning and Leader Development at Huntington National Bank, where they have been since 2010. With nearly 20 years of experience, Kimberly specializes in instructional design, change management, and project management, leading complex enterprise-wide training initiatives that enhance employee experiences. Previously, Kimberly held roles at Bank One, JP Morgan Chase, Red Roof Inns, and Ashland Distribution, where they developed and implemented various training programs and systems. Kimberly earned a BS in Business Administration with a 3.9 GPA from Ohio Dominican University, where they continue their education.
