Lee Murphy

Lee Murphy currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Sompo since April 2024 and holds advisory roles at WNJ Ventures and Hupo since February and September 2024, respectively. Previously, Lee was the Group Chief Human Resources Officer at FWD Insurance and led HR initiatives as the APAC Lead for People Consultants at Google. A seasoned HR professional, Lee's extensive experience includes senior roles at Microsoft and Nokia, focusing on human resources across various sectors and regions. Lee's educational background includes a Certificate in Psychology of Leadership from Cornell University and a Masters in Business (Employment Relations) from the University of Technology Sydney.
