Manuel Rivera

Manuel Rivera has worked in a variety of roles in the tech industry since 2009. Manuel began their career as a Software Engineer, Image Processing for Virtual Toys, a venture between VIRTUAL TOYS S. L. and the Technical University of Madrid (UPM). In 2011, they worked as a Castilian Spanish Coach & Localizator for ABC LANGUAGES SCHOOL. From 2012-2015, they served as Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer for CareMessage. Manuel then moved on to Stanford University School of Medicine as a Product Manager in 2015. In 2016, they became Director of Product at Cambia Health Solutions. In 2017, they worked as an Enterprise Resource Planning analyst & UX researcher for DoubleCab (Times Chance, S.L.). From 2018-2019, they held the role of Senior Product Manager at Doximity. In 2019, they were a Product Manager at Omada Health, and in 2020 they became a Senior Product Manager at Hurdle.

Manuel Rivera completed a Master of Science in Telecommunication Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid in 2009. Manuel then attended San Francisco State University's College of Extended Learning to complete a program in Interaction Design in Spring 2012. Manuel also studied Interdisciplinary Studies at the University of California, Berkeley, and attended ENSTA Paris for Advanced Technology Higher Education Network/SOCRATES.
