Kees is also the Director of Kamsteeg Executive Search and has contributed to recruitment efforts across multiple sectors, including engineering, real estate, and construction. Kees’ educational background includes a BSc in architecture from HTS Tilburg and various coaching certifications, enhancing their expertise in organizational development and strategic recruitment.
