Nate Raynor

Nate Raynor currently serves as the Director of Strategic Planning & Analytics at Hurley Development, managing project underwriting and analytics across various asset classes since May 2023. Raynor previously worked in investment management at Ginn Group from September 2021 to February 2023 and as a Real Estate Development & Investments Analyst at Hurley Development from March to September 2021, where responsibilities included financial analysis and developing budgets. From January 2016 to September 2021, Raynor held the position of Director of Operations at Growth|Media, providing technical design solutions for the real estate sector. Earlier experience includes consulting for Enviwest LLC on real estate development and managing a petroleum and fuels lab at Intertek. Raynor holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Development from Portland State University and a Bachelor's degree from Washington State University.
