Vicki Lass is an accomplished Economic Development Director at the County of Huron, with extensive experience in business ownership and economic consulting. Since 1995, Vicki has been co-owner of Church Hill Farm, which has expanded on prior ventures including Scarboro Fair Ladies Fashions and Key Training, a small and medium business consulting firm. Vicki served as an Agriculture and Rural Economic Development Advisor at the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs from 2015 to 2021, and held the position of Training Coordinator at OMAFRA prior to that. Vicki's early career includes a role at Millbank Cheese and Butter, where Vicki contributed to various operational aspects. Vicki holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Diploma in Business from Wilfrid Laurier University, along with certificates in Economic Development from the University of Waterloo and Adult Training and Development from the University of Toronto - OISE. Recognized as the Young Entrepreneur of the Year for Southwestern Ontario in 1990, Vicki has made significant contributions to local economic development and community engagement.
