Patrick Pilch

Patrick Pilch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare advisory and turnaround management. Currently serving as Managing Director in the Business Advisory Practice at Huron since January 2025, Patrick has previously held senior leadership positions including Senior Managing Director and National Healthcare Leader at Riveron and Senior Managing Director at Ankura. Patrick played a key role in founding the BDO Center for Healthcare Excellence & Innovation and led the healthcare advisory practice at BDO USA, LLP. Earlier in the career, Patrick was Managing Director in PwC's Healthcare Advisory Practice, specializing in transactions and provider mergers. Patrick holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a BS in Accounting from Fairfield University.
