Penelope Elebash

Penelope Elebash is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the healthcare consulting sector. Currently serving as Managing Director at Huron since January 2015, Penelope has played a pivotal role in the organization following the integration of Studer Group into Huron in 2015, which became fully aligned under the Huron brand in January 2021. Prior to this, Penelope held various positions at Studer Group, including Next Level Partnership Leader, Software Leader, Accountability Coach Specialist, and Partner Relations Coordinator. Penelope began her career as a Leadership Consultant for Alpha Delta Pi Sorority and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising and Business from Florida State University, earned in 2004.
