Soniya has a diverse professional background with experience in software engineering, project coordination, and agile methodologies. Beginning as a Software Engineer at Verve Digital Technologies, Soniya transitioned to a role as Executive at Tata Communications before becoming a Project Coordinator at Fidel Softech P. Ltd. Following this, Soniya worked as a Scrum Master at Ayoconnect, where responsibilities included facilitating agile processes and team collaborations. Currently, Soniya serves as a Senior Scrum Master at Huron. Academically, Soniya holds a degree from Maharshi Karve Stree Shikshan Sanstha's Cummins College of Engineering for Women, completed between 2012 and 2016.
