Ravi Jaiselmeria

Ravi Jaiselmeria is a highly experienced finance professional with a robust background in investment banking and corporate finance. Currently serving as Director at Growthally Advisors Private Limited since January 2011, Ravi leads a boutique team specializing in complex financial and strategic issues for large corporates, SMEs, and startups, including capital raising, M&A, and structured finance. In addition, Ravi is the Founder of WealthAlly and Co-Founder of Hurrey, both established in 2022. Previously, Ravi held the position of Regional Solution Manager at ICICI Bank Ltd., where responsibilities included acquiring and managing corporate relationships. Ravi's early career includes roles at Goldshield Plc, IL&FS, and Khandelwal Jain & Co., complemented by a Chartered Accountancy degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a specialization in Transformational Leadership from the Indian School of Business.
