Eric Patterson

Eric Patterson is an experienced professional in security operations, currently serving as Director of Security Operations at Hurricane Labs since November 2017. In this role, Eric has led initiatives to identify and enhance SOC processes, collaborated with clients on incident response (IR), and ensured appropriate documentation for custom alerts. Previous positions at Hurricane Labs include SOC Manager, SOC Lead, and SOC Analyst, where Eric specialized in incident response utilizing tools such as Splunk and SentinelOne. Prior to this, Eric worked at Horizon Network Partners in service delivery and McGraw-Hill Education as a Help Desk Analyst. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Security from Franklin University and has a background in education from The Ohio State University.
