You’re doing the work. Everyone can see it. Nobody’s saying it.
If you’re an Asian professional at a global company and that sentence just hit somewhere real — this page is for you.
Husemann Coaching exists because too many talented professionals are being overlooked — not for lack of skill, but because nobody taught them that visibility is a skill too. The system wasn’t built to hear them. And most leadership programs weren’t designed with their experience in mind.
We work with professionals across the career spectrum — from senior leaders and managers in finance, technology, and consulting to the people who power the C-Suite from behind the scenes. What they share is a gap between what they deliver and what they’re recognized for. That gap isn’t a performance problem. It’s a visibility problem. And it compounds every year it goes unaddressed.
Founded by Leah Husemann — an NYU-certified executive coach with over two decades of corporate experience, including at the Fortune 50 level — Husemann Coaching brings insider knowledge of how succession, promotion, and compensation decisions actually get made. That intelligence informs every engagement.
What we offer:
Private executive coaching for professionals who are delivering at a high level but aren’t being seen, compensated, or promoted at the level they’ve earned. Corporate training and leadership development workshops built for the real challenges facing cross-cultural teams. The Unmuted Presence Intensive — a vetted, invite-only experience for senior leaders ready to close the gap between performance and recognition.
We don’t do motivational speeches. We don’t do generic leadership theory. We build frameworks that professionals use on Monday morning — in the meeting where they used to stay quiet, in the review where they used to undersell their work, in the room where decisions get made about their future.
