Andriy Lapko

Andriy Lapko has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Andriy began their career as the Head of Issue, Monitoring, and Control on Payment Cards Operations Division at OJSC "RODOVID BANK" from 2004 to 2008. After that, they worked as the Head of Cards Operations Department at ING Bank Ukraine from 2008 to 2009. Following this, they joined the All Ukrainian Securities Depository as the Deputy Head of Department from 2009 to 2010.

In 2010, Andriy joined BPC Banking Technologies, where they held various positions including Project Manager, Head of PMO BPC-Ukraine, and COO BPC-Ukraine. Andriy worked at BPC Banking Technologies until 2013.

From 2013 to 2015, Andriy worked at Platinum Bank Ukraine as a Project Manager and Head of Cards Operations. After that, they joined УНИТИ-БАРС (UNITY-BARS) as a Project and Product Manager from 2015 to 2016.

In 2016, Andriy became the CEO of Huspi, where they worked until 2022. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Research and Development at S-PRO.

Andriy Lapko completed their Master's degree in Cybernetics at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv from 1999 to 2005. Andriy then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics at Kyiv Banking University of National Bank of Ukraine from 2005 to 2007.
