Stuart Smith

Stuart Smith is the Founder and Principal of Solferino Advisory, a firm specializing in strategy planning, turnaround and restructuring, and organization design. They have held various executive leadership roles in general management, marketing, and sales across diverse organizations, including global, regional, and local businesses. Stuart has extensive international market experience and is known for delivering results through meticulously implemented plans. They currently serve as Chair of the Advisory Board for Parents At Work and Family Friendly Workplaces, and as a Non-Executive Director for Hutcheon and Pearce. Stuart holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
